Ingredients: Pasta, milk, ghee, black pepper powder & onion
Add only 1 spoon of ghee and white flour (maida) each, some onion and oil to pan. Stir for 2 mins at medium flame. Add boiled pasta and 3 cups milk. Mix thoroughly. Add salt (as per taste) and black pepper powder (1/2 teaspoon). Cook it thoroughly for 3 mins.
Yummmy n healthy pasta is ready 😋
NOTE: u can add other desired vegies if available like, capsicum, corn, carrot.
well, ghee is a kind of clarified butter popularly used in India. In india we can easily buy it from the shop…if u want i can blog its recipe….very simple to make at home!
